Soggy Saturday

It's raining and yucky outside today. I've already been to Wal-Mart and all I want to do is sleep! But...I thought I'd drop by here first.

The strangest thing happened yesterday. I live only about 45 minutes from where Bo was born, so it might seem likely I'd run into people who know him occasionally. I had one come at me out of the blue yesterday!

I was at a County Librarians Meeting at a local steak house yesterday and I was chatting with the new librarian who is at the city about 7 miles down the road. We were talking about this and that, and since she had lived in Huntsville prior to moving here, I asked her if she knew the girl who was on the Bachelor this season. She said, "No. About the closest I've come to anything like that is my daughter used to date Bo Bice." I nearly fell out on the floor. I blurted out that I love him and travel everywhere to see him. She told me a little bit about when her daughter and he dated and we moved on to other subjects. I was good, really good. I did not ask ONE question. Of course I have a million, but I just didn't. The lady would think I'm a fruit loop, plus this was Bo's life before he became a celebrity and it's private. But I'm only human, I'm curious. My mouth is zipped, though. I'm not ever asking her anything about him. From what she said, she keeps in contact with him; I know she has his email. Interesting, huh? Small world.

Bo's had a couple of concerts the past two nights in Ohio and Michigan. I have seen some pictures and he looked very handsome. He wore a fedora last night. Of COURSE certain people complained; they always do. The man cannot please some of these women no matter what he does. I like that hat and the tan cowboy hat on him. The tan cowboy hat suits him to a T. He said it was his favorite hat. Mine too!

There was no meet and greet last night and Bo wasn't talkative. Wonder what's up? Probably nothing; it could have been the venue, his mood or a combination of both. I'm just thankful he was in such a lively mood when I saw him recently. He was a little chatter box and had meet and greets at all three shows. I wonder how he'll be at the shows tonight and tomorrow night? Sure wish I was going. :(
