BoLand has putted right along. Bo has tweeted about eating chips, feeding the boys and going Downtown. Ah, downtown. That brought a lot of speculation to the boards. He said he was picking up tracks. OhhhhKay. Nobody really knew what that meant, but today he cleared it up...somewhat.
It seems our boy is going to be singing on another movie soundtrack. Exciting news! The name of the picture he put up on Zannel was called Old Spanish Trail. But did he tell us the name of the movie? Nooooooo. I left him a message and told him to SPILL! It's so funny; I talk to the man every single day through Twitter or Zannel or on bb.com. He's just as familiar to me as a friend. Now if he reads those posts is another question, but I like to leave them anyway. Makes me happy, so why not?
Another thing that has been happening in my Bo world is that I have tried to figure out some way in this world to get to some of the end of July shows in the Northeast. Airfare is too high for my pocketbook right now, especially since I've got the trip to see him with Skynyrd in August planned. The reason the July shows are so appealing is that most of them are in smaller venues. Smaller venues equal meet and greets. There's not a snowball's chance in hell that there'll be a meet and greet when he's with Skynyrd. I'll just wave at him and hope he knows I'm there supporting him.
This fall he's going to be in California. Southwest has a great sale on through midnight tonight and if I thought I could manage it, I'd go out west to see him. But that's a long way and if he meant what he said about having a Christmas Party, I'll just wait until then to see him. It will be depressing to wait, but I guess I'll live! Can you imagine? Christmas with Bo! The thought brings a smile to my face! To hear him sing "Merry Christmas, Baby" live would be awesome. And "Very Merry Christmas" plus any other Christmas songs he might choose to sing would be marvy. Man, wouldn't a Christmas carol sing-a-long be cool? I can just see us at a place like the Rutledge, dressed in reds and greens, singing along with him to celebrate Jesus' birth! I sure hope it happens!
Oh, changing the subject, but Bo put up the most adorable video this week of little Caleb walking. How sweet of him to share precious moments in his life like that with us. He is an extraordinary man. Of course we all know that!
