Last Wednesday...

Bo in the Country Weekly Fashion Show
Bo in the parade
Preston and Chris, the LoCash Cowboys
Stephen Cochran
Diana DeGarmo

We woke up excited because this was Fashion Show day! We got to the Wildhorse and stood in line way too long. They were terribly unorganized! Bo arrived with Caroline and Patrick to much cheering and applause. We finally got inside and taken to our table which had a "Bo Bice Fan Club" sign on it. We were right at the end of the runway. They provided a bucket of beer and two big plates of appetizers- mini barbecue sandwiches, hot wings, chicken fingers, fried pickles- which served as our lunch for the day.
Chuck Wicks was the host for the show and soon it started with various artists coming out and sashaying down the runway! Bo was one of the first ones, and he looked so handsome, but he also looked shy and slightly uncomfortable. Modeling is not one of his favorite things, I'd bet. Caroline told someone later that she just had to come and see it! He flashed a peace sign at us when he reached the end of the runway. On the last run he gave the girls on the front row hand slaps.
There was a concert scheduled afterwards but we didn't know who was performing. We asked our waiter, "Superstar", and he radioed backstage and asked if Bo was singing. They said no, he was leaving to get ready for the parade. So off we went, straight to the Country Music Hall of Fame to hear Jimmy Wayne. Luis Espaillat is now playing bass for him so we wanted to go and give Luis some love.

Jimmy put on a wonderful show. As Luis approached the stage he seemed surprised to see us. During his introduction we got to bow to him once again! Afterwards he came out to chat and we had a group shot made with him. He's a sweetie.

We walked outside and the parade was passing by. Guess who was in the next car approaching?? None other than our Bo! He saw us, gave us a big smile and a double-handed wave. He looked so cute, and much more comfortable than he did in that fashion show!

We crossed the street and as Sammy Kershaw came by he tossed me a string of beads. Exciting stuff.

Up at the Chevy Stage at the Sommet Center, we watched a Trent Tomlinson concert and then a LoCash Cowboys concert. LoCash is AWESOME. That little Preston is hot as a firecracker!

After the concerts we went to Legends and listened to a band and had drinks. LoCash had their bus parked out front and we were hoping to see them. Debbie left us at Legends and went on down the street to some other bars. My phone rang and it was her and I couldn't tell what she was saying. In a minute she came flying in the door, all out of breath, telling me that LoCash was down there if I wanted to get my picture signed! I jumped up and went with her and got there just as they were about to get back on the bus. When Chris signed my picture he said, "Didn't I just sign this?" LOL, I told him he had signed Debbie's! Preston blew us a kiss as he was leaving. Those boys know how to charm you. When I got Preston's autograph on Tuesday, I told him I loved his song and he asked which one. I said both of them, and we talked about Loco. He said, "You know I wrote that one just for you." BWAH.

We went on and had dinner at Demo's after a guy on the street gave us certificates for free appetizers. It was hot in there, but the food was delicious and the service was quick.

Next we hit the Tin Roof where we saw Stephen Cochran perform, and also Diana DeGarmo. It was a great day!
