All right, so Bo is new to this Twitter thing. A few days ago he tweeted that the government is too "BIG" and killing America. Well, yeah, Bo. And today he posted that he was listening to the Presidential Press Secretary "LIE" and that the town hall meeting was staged. Well, yeah again, Bo.
I love his frankness. I read where someone said they just didn't feel the same about him as they did a week ago. How ignorant. Even if I didn't have the same viewpoints as Bo, I would still love him just as much. To say your feelings change just because he speaks his convictions and they don't equal up with yours is the epitome of intolerance, something that liberals like this person rail against. It just doesn't make any sense to me.
One thing that I was so proud of is that on www.bobice.com, where the Peeps congregate, a civil, respectful discussion was held concerning this topic. Although some were concerned that Bo would harm his career by tweeting his political views, everyone pretty much came to the consensus that Bo is a big boy and we shouldn't worry about him. (If he gets sick again I will worry. But I won't worry about his career. Nobody cares more about his career than he does and he's not going to do anything to jeopardize it!)
Later on in the day today he has tweeted that he was having band practice and that he had a BLT for lunch~ innocuous little posts. I love them all! Tweet on, Bo! I'll be listening!

I thought it got very interesting yesterday. And I was NOT surprised by certain people's reactions. They have been trying to put Bo into the "box" they want him to fit in for years. Ain't gonna happen. Bo Bice is his own man. Thank Heaven. I love Bo no matter what. And it is ok with me if he is blunt. In fact I like it. ;-)
